Ok, so we aren't going to be there the 20th for the picnic at Aunt Kathy's. I'm the Asst. Girls Camp Director and I have camp all next week. However we will be there the 30th-4th. We are planning on going to San Clemente with those of you going, but we aren't camping. It's just to hard to fly & camp! :) I know we will do Disneyland at least 1 day as well (we would love to have anyone join us who can), and maybe TJ for old times sake! Let us know who will be where and we can't wait to see you all!

Bad Mommy!
Is it just me or does summer make us all bad Moms? I've been checking out everyones blog today and we're all talking about the "bad Mommy" things we've been doing. In our case, I don't think my kids have been to bed before 10:30 in 3 weeks, we've had ice cream for dinner twice in the last week, and usually something super healthy like.... hot dogs(!) when we do eat dinner! Not to mention the lack of nap time for Bridger because we are to busy playing to stop and stay home for 3 consecutive hours in the middle of the day! Is it just the sunshine that makes us not care? I don't know what it is but we are all starting to get pretty tired!

Excuses, excuses
Alright so I know i've been MIA for awhile now, but it really is just because we've been SO super busy!!! Brandons little sister Karah and her family came to town followed by my sister Michelle and her family and then Kailee and her dog Monty. Then there was the 4th, a camping trip and all the usual summer stuff like trips to the lake, soccer camps and swimming lessons. Not to mention scouts, tutoring and soccer. (Chase made the select team he was trying out for) I also reinjured my knee and have been pretty doped up the last few days. I'm probably going to just have to suck it up and get the stupid surgery. :(
For those of you interested, the house will be done in about a month. They measured for carpet yesterday and the finishing touches are making there way in. It is looking so good and we are very pleased with how it's coming together. I will post interior pic's when it's done. Maybe even a video tour or something!
